We're Hiring: Casual Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Location: North Vancouver (Hybrid)

Hours: Casual Part-Time (5–10 hrs per week depending on projects)

About the Role

We’re looking for a casual part-time Marketing Assistant to support both internal and client-facing projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, building communities, learning new tools, and helping others use digital systems more effectively.

You’ll collaborate with our consultants to ensure marketing and advertising systems are set up, on schedules, running smoothly, and delivering value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
• Help clients improve their use of existing marketing platforms by creating and testing content, and documenting processes and findings.
• Update and maintain websites, landing pages, and social media profiles.
• Conduct basic performance reporting and data reviews from analytics tools.
• Support email marketing setup, content creation, and monitor deliverability and engagement.
• Collaborate with the systems team to integrate marketing and data flows between platforms.
• Provide friendly client support via email or meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or WordPress / ProcessWire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and data tracking principles.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in learning systems integration and automation tools is an asset.

Schedule & Compensation

Casual, flexible hours (ideal for students or freelancers)

Hybrid work (in office and remote)

Hourly rate: $19-$26
